Notice to All Employees

It has come to my attention that a few letter carriers and some Union officials, other than those Union officials assigned to an NALC parking space, have parked in those NALC parking spaces when some Union officials have been off work.

This is not permissible regardless if the Union official makes arrangements with you and says that it is ok. 

I am not singling out any individual ... nor do I care to know who has parked in the designated NALC parking spaces. I don’t have time to police our parking lot ... and I do not care to do it.

I ask that unless you have been assigned a parking space by me as a Branch Union official that you not park there.
